As a mom, your diaper bag quickly becomes your lifeline. Whether you're heading out for a quick errand or a day-long adventure, packing the right essentials is key to keeping both you and your baby happy (and sane!). You need to be prepared for anything that comes your way, from unexpected messes to hungry tummies.
So, what exactly goes into my diaper bag these days? Let’s break it down:

Tip: Keep Your Diaper Bag Light but Efficient
One trick I’ve learned? Don’t overpack. Keep a stash of emergency items in your car or at grandma’s house, so you’re not lugging around a full suitcase every time you step out the door. I also use little zippered pouches to organise items by category—it makes finding things way easier when you're dealing with a fussy baby!
Being a mom is all about balancing preparation with spontaneity. With a well-packed diaper bag, you'll feel ready for whatever the day throws at you (whether that's a cute little smile or a very messy diaper!).
With time, the number of items in the bag have definitely gone down. It all depends on the needs of each child.
I am missing something on the list? Let me know!
Happy packing, mama or Dada!
Love, Vish
