COVID 19 has brought the entire world to a stand still and all of us are waiting for our questions to be answered.

When is the lockdown going to end? When will the curve flatten? When will corona virus stop spreading? When can we move out? When will our lives be back to normal?

Do we have a clue? No. Meanwhile can we stop hoarding food? Yes. The following list will help you prepare a grocery list to survive longer during the lockdown to avoid going to grocery stores quite often.

Corona Safety Stock up list:
Beans and legumes
Peanut/ Almond Butter and the likes
  • Protein and healthy fats
  • Pair with crackers, bread, fruits
Whole wheat pasta, Quinoa, Oats, Brown rice
  • Nutrient rich
  • Filling
  • Add saute vegetables and experiment with different cooking styles
Cereal
  • Pair with low fat milk and berries or bananas
  • Opt for sugar wise or sugar free pack

Lastly, don’t forget your pets, they are living beings, a part of your family. Pick up things they would need including medical supplies.
